Procurement Board

The Minister shall appoint a chairperson and a deputy chairperson from among the members of the Board.

The deputy chairperson shall, in the absence of the chairperson, discharge his duties and exercise his powers.

In the absence of the chairperson and the deputy chairperson, the remaining members and the designates of members may select an interim chairperson for the meeting from among themselves.

In the event of a tie vote, the chairperson has a second or casting vote.
